Justified Panic

This is panic at realizing I have not posted in nearly a week.

This is also general panic at the stress that the holidays seem by necessity to create.

This is essentially panic at realizing the inevitable shortcoming of meeting the perceived expectations of others and the consequential impossible expectations of myself.

Don't panic unless it is justified.
